Is Google at the forefront of a new transportation revolution?  Will we someday look back and tell our grandkids (I used to be able to say "kids" when typing a sentence like this) that we remember the days when we had to drive our own cars?  That we actually know how to drive a car without any computer help?!

Wow, technology moves at a fast pace!
