I would like to dedicate this song to those of you who have mustered up the courage to sing a new song in your lives.  Or to those of you who might be 40 years old today.  Or both.   :)

As for me, I think of this song as a promise I'm making.  I am making changes in my life.  Although it has taken me a long time, I WILL sing a new song.

In related news...  This past Saturday I skated the Carolina Century for the 7th time.  102+ miles.  7:38.  Lots of pain.  Conversation during the skate: "What the hell is wrong with us?"   :)
